Mail forwarding from Calgary
Away for the winter, moved out of province, or running things from somewhere else? Your mail and parcels arrive in Calgary and we send them on when you ask.
We collect it. You tell us where to send it.
Your mail and parcels arrive at our Calgary address, and we hold them safely until you ask us to forward them. You can request forwarding from your online account.
What it costs
- $9.95 per forward, plus postage.
- We show you the postage before anything is sent, so there are no surprises.
- Business Pro includes one forward a month and Snowbird one every 2 months. The $9.95 handling fee is included. Postage is extra.

Price per month, plus 5% GST. You pay for your whole term up front: 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12. A dash means that term is not offered for that plan. 12-month terms include free setup and 2 free scans a month.

Common questions.
Can you forward my mail?
Yes. Forwarding is $9.95 per forward plus postage, and we show you the postage before anything is sent. Business Pro includes one forward a month and Snowbird includes one every 2 months. The $9.95 handling fee is included on those plans, and postage is extra.
Can you open and scan my mail?
Yes. On request we open it and email you a scan: $2.25 per item up to 10 pages, plus $0.25 for each page after that.
How do I cancel?
Rent is prepaid. Give us at least 30 days' notice before your term ends and it will not renew. If we do not hear from you, the agreement renews for a like term, and the fees for the new term are non-refundable. The full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.
