Price per month, plus 5% GST. You pay for your whole term up front: 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12. A dash means that term is not offered for that plan. 12-month terms include free setup and 2 free scans a month.
Setup is a one-time $9.95 (free on 12-month terms). Forwarding is $9.95 per forward plus postage.
What is included

How it works
- Choose Virtual Personal or Virtual Business and see your total.
- Check your government photo ID online with a secure ID-check service. ID from any province or country is fine. Nothing opens in your name until it is checked.
- Sign the rental agreement, then pay.
- Use your Calgary address. We tell you when mail and parcels arrive, and forward them when you ask.
Common questions.
What is the difference between a virtual and a physical mailbox?
A physical mailbox is a keyed box at our counter that you pick up from. A virtual mailbox gives you a real Calgary street address: we receive your mail and parcels, let you know when they arrive, and forward them when you ask. Many people choose virtual if they live outside Calgary or travel a lot.
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay for your whole term up front, not month by month. 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12 months. We show the price per month so you can compare plans, and a longer term lowers it. For example, Business Address on a 12-month term is $33 a month, so you pay $396 plus GST once. When your term ends it renews for a like term unless you give us 30 days' notice.
Can you forward my mail?
Yes. Forwarding is $9.95 per forward plus postage, and we show you the postage before anything is sent. Business Pro includes one forward a month and Snowbird includes one every 2 months. The $9.95 handling fee is included on those plans, and postage is extra.
How long do you hold my mail and parcels?
Letters are held free while your plan is active, until your holding space is full. If it fills up, we will message you to forward or collect. Parcels are held free for 7 days, then storage is $0.70 per day until collected or forwarded. If your plan ends, we hold everything for 30 days, then it is returned to the sender.
Can you open and scan my mail?
Yes. On request we open it and email you a scan: $2.25 per item up to 10 pages, plus $0.25 for each page after that.
Do you shred documents?
Yes. Regular shredding is $1.25 per lb. Secure shredding is $2.00 per lb and is done by a third-party shredding company. Just ask us.
