A Calgary mailbox that keeps your home address private
Our mailboxes are at 918 16 Ave NW, a staffed counter where you can pick up your mail and parcels during opening hours. You get a real street address with your own box number, so your home address can stay off invoices, labels and public listings.

Plans and prices
Prices are per month, but you pay for your whole term up front: 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12. A longer term lowers the monthly rate. The plans at the top include extras; the boxes at the bottom are the box only.

Price per month, plus 5% GST. You pay for your whole term up front: 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12. A dash means that term is not offered for that plan. 12-month terms include free setup and 2 free scans a month.
Setup is a one-time $9.95 on 3 and 6-month terms. It is free on 12-month terms, and on Starter and Business Pro. Mailbox key deposit: $25 per key, refundable.

What to know before you sign up
- We check valid, government-issued photo ID before a mailbox is opened. ID from any province or country is fine. You can check it online, or come in and sign up at our counter.
- Rent is prepaid for your term. Give us at least 30 days' notice before your term ends if you do not want it to renew.

Common questions.
How much does it cost to rent a mailbox in Calgary?
Physical mailboxes start at $24 a month on a 12-month term, and virtual mailboxes start at $19 a month on a 12-month term. GST (5%) is added. Setup is $9.95 one time on 3 and 6-month terms, and free on 12-month terms. There is also a refundable $25 deposit per key on physical mailboxes. You will see your full total before you sign up.
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay for your whole term up front, not month by month. 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12 months. We show the price per month so you can compare plans, and a longer term lowers it. For example, Business Address on a 12-month term is $33 a month, so you pay $396 plus GST once. When your term ends it renews for a like term unless you give us 30 days' notice.
Do I need ID to open a mailbox?
Yes. We check valid, government-issued photo ID before any mailbox is opened. ID from out of province or out of the country is fine. You can do the check online from home with a secure ID-check service, or come in and sign up at our counter. We do not keep your ID itself. We keep one small photo of your face on your profile, so our staff can recognize you when you pick up. If the online check cannot read your ID, contact us and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel?
Rent is prepaid. Give us at least 30 days' notice before your term ends and it will not renew. If we do not hear from you, the agreement renews for a like term, and the fees for the new term are non-refundable. The full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.
