Parcel receiving and shipping in Calgary
Have deliveries sent to us and pick them up when it suits you, or drop off what you need to send. We are a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter and ship with the other major carriers too.

Have a parcel sent to our Calgary address, and we ship it on to you wherever you are.

- We receive your parcel, check it and tell you when it arrives. $19.95 per shipment, plus GST.
- You pay for the shipping label plus $4.95 processing and handling, and we ship it on to you. Prefer to pick it up? Seven days of storage are included.
- Several shipments coming? We repack them into one box before we ship it to you, at no extra charge.

We are a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter and an authorized Canpar shipper, and we also ship with UPS, DHL, Purolator and Canada Post. For international shipments, we prepare the customs paperwork.
Shipping prices depend on the carrier, size, weight and where it is going. A $4.95 processing and handling fee is added to each shipment. Ask at the counter, or call or text 403-282-9236.

Common questions.
Can I get parcels and courier deliveries at my mailbox address?
Yes. On every plan, virtual included, it is $2.00 per parcel (plus GST), and we receive it, hold it safely and notify you. Storage is free for 7 days, then $0.70 a day. If you do not have a mailbox, we can still receive a parcel for you for $19.95 per shipment, with 7 days of storage included. After that it is $0.30 a day for a small parcel (up to 40 cm), $0.50 for a standard one (up to 70 cm) and $1.00 for a large one (up to 100 cm).
Can you receive a parcel and ship it on to me?
Yes. Have your parcel sent to us and we receive it, check it and tell you when it arrives. That is $19.95 per shipment (plus GST), with 7 days of storage included. You then pay for the shipping label plus $4.95 processing and handling, and we ship it on to you. If several shipments are coming, we repack them into one box at no extra charge. Text or email us for the address to send your parcel to.
How long do you hold my mail and parcels?
Letters are held free while your plan is active, until your holding space is full. If it fills up, we will message you to forward or collect. Parcels are held free for 7 days, then storage is $0.70 per day until collected or forwarded. If your plan ends, we hold everything for 30 days, then it is returned to the sender.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post, and we prepare the customs paperwork for international shipments.
